Jazzman Olofin has renewed his criticism of fellow artiste Adekunle Gold for performing a sampled version of his 2004 hit ‘Raise Da Roof’ without obtaining prior permission. This follows an initial complaint in November, in which Olofin distinguished between a spontaneous onstage tribute and what he described as a fully rehearsed performance of his “22-year-old monster hit,” undertaken without any prior communication.
