Accord Party says it is ready to welcome Ademola Adeleke, governor of Osun, should he decide to pursue his second term on its platform. On Monday, Adeleke resigned his membership of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), attributing his decision to the crisis within the party’s national leadership. Adeleke did not disclose the political party he intends to join following his exit from the major opposition party.
