‘I pledge to make Nigeria safe’ – Ex-CDS Musa promises at Senate screening

The newly nominated Minister of Defence, General Christopher Musa, rtd, has pledged to ensure that Nigeria is safe and secure amid the escalating insecurity ravaging the country. Musa made this promise on Wednesday during his screening as Defence Minister at the Senate chamber of the National Assembly. Recall that President Bola Tinubu on Tuesday nominated Musa as Defence Minister following the resignation of Badaru Mohammed, allegedly on health grounds.
