CBN, BUA, NPA, FBN… companies, MDAs listed among Abuja land charges defaulters

The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) has listed the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Ibeto Cement Company Limited, BUA International Limited, and First Bank of Nigeria among prominent companies and federal government agencies that have defaulted on land charges. The FCTA published the list of defaulters in a public notice on Monday, announcing plans to commence enforcement actions on 1,095 property titles recently revoked over the non-payment of statutory land charges.
