Governor of Kebbi State, Dr. Nasir Idris, on Friday, met with President Bola Ahmad Tinubu at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, to discuss lingering security challenges and development initiatives in the state. In a statement by the Special Adviser on New Media to the Governor, Aliyu Bandado, the governor expressed his gratitude to the President for the swift action that led to the safe release of the 24 schoolgirls abducted from Government Girls Comprehensive Secondary School, GGCS, Maga, last week by armed bandits.
