Former Jigawa State Governor, Alhaji Sule Lamido, has issued the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, with a ten-day ultimatum to resolve what he described as deepening internal crises rocking the party.Lamido gave the ultimatum while receiving PDP stakeholders in Jigawa State, including former chairmen, commissioners and political allies, who called for the outright dissolution of the Ibadan convention and the organisation of a new one.The former governor lamented that long-standing stakeholders such as himself had been sidelined by “new forces” working to distort the party’s established (…)
