NDLEA arrests two drivers for allegedly conveying illicit drugs in Edo

Operatives of the Edo State Command of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, have arrested two suspects in possession of cannabis sativa weighing 1,046 kilograms.The NDLEA Commander in the state, Dr. Mitchell Ofoyeju, disclosed this on Thursday in a statement made available to newsmen in Benin City.Ofoyeju said the suspects, identified as Felix Edah, 45, and Lucky Abagha, 51, were arrested during an operation on November 13, 2025.He stated that the duo were apprehended when their vehicles, loaded with cannabis sativa, were intercepted during a motorised patrol along the (…)
