The Minister of Works, David Umahi, has said that the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Winhomes Global Services Limited, Stella Okengwu, made several false claims about her alleged $250 million investment in the Lagos-Calabar coastal highway project. During a tour of the highway on Sunday, Umahi said a recent Federal High Court ruling on the case struck out her suit for lacking merit.
