Former Governor of Niger State, Mu’azu Babangida Aliyu, said the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has removed the cancer that has been crippling the party. Aliyu was reacting to the expulsion of the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, and his allies from the PDP. Recall that during its national convention held in Ibadan, Oyo State, on Saturday, the PDP expelled Wike, and suspended National Secretary Samuel Anyanwu and former Governor of Ekiti State, Ayo Fayose.
