PSC Deploys DIG Okolo to Lead Police Operations for Anambra Guber Poll

The Police Service Commission (PSC) has appointed Deputy Inspector-General of Police (DIG) Ben Okolo, head of Force Intelligence, to oversee all police operations during Saturday’s Anambra State governorship election.DIG Okolo will coordinate field activities in line with the strategic framework set by Inspector-General of Police Kayode Egbetokun, ensuring seamless security coverage across the state.The announcement follows IGP Egbetokun’s two-day stakeholder engagements in Anambra, which have already enhanced coordination and public confidence.
