Nigerian celebrity chef, Hilda Baci, has received her second Guinness World Record plaque, officially recognising her achievement for cooking the world’s largest pot of jollof rice.According to Guinness World Records, Baci prepared 8,780kg (19,356 pounds) of jollof rice during a Lagos cookout in September, a feat that has now been confirmed as the largest ever.This marks her second global recognition, coming a little over a year after earning her first Guinness title for completing a 93-hour, 11-minute cooking marathon in May 2023.With both records, Baci becomes Nigeria’s first and most (…)
