Court orders interim forfeiture of Pretty Mike’s nightclub

The Federal High Court in Lagos has granted an order for the interim forfeiture of a popular entertainer, Pretty Mike’s Victoria Island property, alleged to have been used for drug dealing and storage.Justice Musa Kakaki made the order on Tuesday following an ex parte motion filed and argued by the counsel for the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, Mr. Buhari Abdulahi.The property, located at No. 7 Akin Adesola Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, known as Proxy Lagos Night Club, was said to have been used to store 169 cylinders (384.662 kilograms) of nitrous oxide (commonly known as (…)
