                    Charles Soludo, governor of Anambra, says Christians are killing one another in the south-east, noting that the violence in the region has nothing to do with religion. Soludo was reacting to US President Donald Trump’s threat to “protect Christians in Nigeria” by attacking the country and “completely wiping out the Islamic terrorists”. Trump was riding on a wave of Christian genocide allegations peddled by US lawmakers, international media, and local secessionist groups.
