The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, arraigned the vessel MT Ostria alongside its captain, chief officer, and another individual before Justice Mojisola Dada at the Special Offences Court in Ikeja, Lagos, on charges of conspiring to steal over 25 million litres of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) from NNPC Retail Limited.The defendants, Captain Raymundo A.
