FG Approves Uniform Prices for Renewed Hope Housing Units Nationwide

The Federal Government, through the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, has approved uniform selling prices for housing units under the Renewed Hope Estate Programme in all states of the federation.The units, consisting of one-, two-, and three-bedroom semi-detached bungalows, are priced as follows: One-bedroom: ₦8.5 million Two-bedroom: ₦11.5 million Three-bedroom: ₦12.5 million Announcing the decision in Abuja, the Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Ahmed Musa Dangiwa, said the uniform pricing policy is intended to ensure affordability, transparency, and equal access for (…)
