NUPRC Rejects Proposed Oil and Gas Decommissioning Commission

The Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) has opposed a bill to establish a National Commission for Decommissioning of Oil and Gas Installations, arguing it is redundant under the Petroleum Industry Act (PIA) 2021.
