‘I want elections where loser will congratulate winner’ – INEC chair Amupitan

The Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Prof Joash Amupitan, says Nigeria deserves elections where the loser will congratulate the winner. Amupitan made this statement on Thursday during his screening by the Senate, shortly before his confirmation. He said he would examine the Electoral Act to strengthen the credibility of Nigerian elections.
