Borno #1, Abia Last: INEC Lists States as PVC Pre-Registrations Pass 7.4m

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has disclosed that in the two months since the commencement of voter registration, over 7.4 million Nigerians have pre-registered online for their Permanent Voter Cards, PVCs. The Commission also released the number of voters who have registered in the various states.
