Woman faints during fight with sister over ‘missed flight’ at Abuja airport

Two siblings were involved in a heated brawl at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, on Sunday, reportedly after missing a domestic flight. Michael Achimugu, spokesperson of the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), said the incident was the “strangest thing”. The sisters, aged 31 and 23, were booked to travel on an NG Eagle flight but missed it after arriving at the airport late. “Perhaps one of them blamed her sibling for their missing flight (not sure), but these two siblings began to fight each other,” Achimugu said in an X post. “They scattered luggage and other items (…)
