The Federal High Court in Abuja, presided over by Justice James Omotosho, has postponed the terrorism trial of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), to October 16, as the Nigerian Medical Association (NMA) has yet to complete its assessment of his health.At the prior hearing, Justice Omotosho ordered the NMA President to assemble a panel of medical experts to evaluate Kanu’s condition and determine if the Department of State Services (DSS) facilities can adequately address his medical needs or if a transfer to the National Hospital is warranted, as Kanu’s (…)
