President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has accepted the resignation of Geoffrey Uche Nnaji, the Minister of Innovation, Science, and Technology. Nnaji, appointed in August 2023, tendered his resignation on October 7, 2025, following allegations against him forging his Degree certificate.In his resignation letter, Nnaji expressed gratitude to President Tinubu for the opportunity to serve Nigeria, while claiming he had been targeted by political opponents through blackmail.
