A Nigerian Army officer and medical doctor, Lt. Samson Haruna, has tragically d!ed after sustaining severe burns when his wife, Mrs. Samson Haruna, allegedly doused him with petrol and set him on fire during a domestic dispute. The incident occurred on September 22, 2025, at Wellington Bassey Barracks, Ibagwa, in Abak Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State.According to security analyst Zagazola Makama, the altercation escalated during a heated argument, leading to the horrific act.
