FG Declares Income of ‘Runs Girls’ Taxable Under New Reforms

The Federal Government has stirred debate by confirming that income earned by commercial sex workers, commonly known as “runs girls,” is subject to taxation under Nigeria’s newly enacted tax reforms, effective January 1, 2026.
