‘The clout chasing is insane’ — Eniola Badmus faces backlash over UNGA speech claim

Eniola Badmus, the Nigerian actress, has come under heavy criticism after claiming she delivered a speech at the 2025 United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York. The high-level UN event took place between September 9 and 28. In a post on her Instagram page, Badmus said she spoke on “innovation, gender inclusion and partnerships for a sustainable energy future”.
