Bomb planted by suspected Boko Haram militants kills vigilantes in Yobe

Two vigilante members have been killed in a bomb explosion suspected to have been planted by Boko Haram terrorists in Gujba Local Government Area of Yobe State. Security analyst, Zagazola Makama disclosed this in a post shared on X on Monday. He explained that the incident happened on Friday, September 27, along the Damaturu–Buni Yadi Road, near Madiya village. The explosion, which went off around 2:30 p.m., killed the two vigilantes on the spot. The victims were identified as 35-year-old Kinnafi Modu and 27-year-old Mamman Kasaisa.
