Police arrest kidnapper, rescue victim with gunshot injury in Delta

Operatives of the Delta State Police Command’s Special Anti-Kidnapping and Cyber Squad led by CSP Godwin Osadolor have arrested three suspected kidnappers in Ogwashi-Uku community, just as it rescued a kidnap victim with gunshot injuries.The suspects are Chukwuebuka Nka, Uche Okechukwu and Somto Chukwuma.A statement released by the spokesman of the Delta State Police Command, SP Bright Edafe, said the suspects were arrested on 8th September, 2025, at about 0130hours.The statement read: “On 8th f September 2025 at about 0130hours, the Command received a distress call that a young man (name (…)
