Guinness World Record confirms Hilda Baci's largest pot of jollof

Hilda Baci has been officially certified by Guinness World Records (GWR) for achieving the record for the largest serving of Nigerian-style jollof rice. In a post via X on Monday, GWR announced that the Nigerian celebrity chef set the record by cooking rice that weighed 8,780 kg.
