NANS Urges FG to Shield Dangote Refinery from Alleged Sabotage Plots

The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) has called on the Federal Government to urgently protect the Dangote Refinery from alleged sabotage by vested interests threatened by its role in stabilizing Nigeria’s fuel supply. In a statement by NANS Senate President Usman Adamu Nagwaza, the group raised concerns over a dispute with the Nigeria Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers (NUPENG), warning that unresolved tensions could trigger a nationwide fuel crisis.NANS emphasized that union membership should be voluntary, not coerced, and condemned threats of a national shutdown (…)
