Hisbah shuts down liquor joints, brothel in Yobe

The Yobe State Hisbah Commission has shutdown several brothels and liquor joints in Bursari local government area in an operation it conducted.This is contained in a statement signed the by Commission’s Media Assistant, Sibawaihi Ukasha Gashua, which indicated that the operation follows a raid conducted on Sunday, 17th August 2025.“Acting on legal approval granted by Judge Aliyu Hukuma of the Lower Shari’ah Court, Garin Alkali, the Commission, through its legal representative Barr.
