Police arrests 4 for transformer vandalism in Niger

Four suspects are currently in the Niger State Police command for allegedly vandalizing electric transformers in their community of Gbodoti village, Edati local government area of the state.The suspects in custody are Mohammed Baba, Mohammed Ndako, Abdulrahman Mohammed, and Mohammed Ibrahim, all from Gbodoti village in Edati LGAThe state command’s Public Relations Officer, SP Wasiu Abiodun made this disclosure in Minna said the suspects were arrested on September 3, 2025, at around 8 am for allegedly vandalizing electric transformers.He explained that they were arrested based on (…)
