The decomposed body of a 55-year-old man, identified as Gaddafi Iwar, was discovered inside a red Peugeot 406 parked outside the annex gate of the National Assembly Complex in Abuja on Sunday.According to security analyst Zagazola Makama. The discovery has raised serious questions about security protocols and oversight, as the vehicle reportedly remained unnoticed for days in the heavily guarded area.Iwar, a Tiv man believed to be a labourer at a construction site within the complex, was found lifeless in the vehicle with the registration number BWR-577 BF.
