NDLEA Busts Global Drug Cartel, Seizes ₦6.4 Billion in Narcotics

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has dismantled an international drug trafficking syndicate operating across Nigeria, the United Kingdom, Brazil, Australia, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), arresting three key kingpins and intercepting narcotics valued at over ₦6.4 billion ($3.8 million).The operation, codenamed Operation Global Net, culminated in coordinated raids over the past week, involving intelligence sharing with international partners including Interpol and the UK's National Crime Agency.
