Bayo Ojulari, group chief executive officer (GCEO) of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited, says the company was losing about N500 million monthly on the Port Harcourt refinery. Ojulari spoke on Thursday in Abuja when he received a delegation from the Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN), led by Festus Osifo, its president.
