Court Orders Six Financial Institutions to Release Sowore’s Transaction Details to IGP

A Federal High Court in Abuja has directed six financial institutions to provide the Inspector-General of Police (IGP) with transaction records from January 2024 to the present for bank accounts linked to politician and publisher Omoyele Sowore and his associated entities.Justice Emeka Nwite issued the directive on Tuesday, granting an ex parte application filed by the IGP, presented by police lawyer Wisdom Madaki.
