ASUU Warns of Nationwide Strike Over FG's Failure to Honor 2009 Agreement

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), Akure Zone, announced plans to mobilize members for a nationwide rally on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, to press the Federal Government to address its lingering demands. Zonal Coordinator Adeola Oyebisi Egbedokun revealed this during a press conference at the Federal University of Oye-Ekiti on Monday.
