House of Reps Summons 11 Discos Over N2.6 Trillion Debt to Federation Account

The House of Representatives Public Accounts Committee has summoned the management of 11 electricity Distribution Companies (Discos) to explain a staggering N2.6 trillion debt owed to the Federation Account, as revealed by the Nigerian Bulk Electricity Trading Company (NBET) Plc. The resolution, adopted on Wednesday during an investigative hearing chaired by Rep.
