Police deny issuing ‘wanted’ notice on actress Iyabo Ojo

The Nigeria Police Force has issued a statement dismissing a viral “wanted” notice circulating on social media about Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo. The notice, widely circulated on social media, claiming Iyabo Ojo was wanted by the Office of the Inspector General of Police Monitoring Unit, was described by the police as “false, misleading, and not issued by the Force.” In a post on its official Facebook page, the NPF clarified that the notice did not originate from the Force and was not posted on any of its official platforms.
