BREAKING: Nigeria’s inflation rate drops to 21.8%

The National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) says Nigeria’s headline inflation rate dropped to 21.88 percent in July 2025, down from 22.22 percent June. The NBS announced the reduction in its consumer price index (CPI) report, released on Friday. This is the fourth disinflation recorded in 2025.
