Lagos Police Nab Four in ₦500M Visa Fraud Scheme Targeting Over 100 Nigerians

Lagos State Police have apprehended four individuals linked to a syndicate that allegedly swindled over 100 Nigerians out of more than ₦500 million through fraudulent visa schemes. The arrests were announced by Commissioner of Police Olohundare Jimoh during a press briefing on Monday, August 11.The suspects, aged 23, 25, 27, and 36, were detained on July 16 by officers from the Ago-Okota Division.
