The Petroleum Products Retail Outlets Owners Association of Nigeria (PETROAN) says Bayo Ojulari, the group chief executive officer (GCEO) of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited, has not shown interest in fixing the Port Harcourt refinery. On May 24, the NNPC shut down the refinery for maintenance.
