NAAPE Calls for Reinstatement of ValueJet Crew Licences After K1’s Airport Disruption

The National Association of Aircraft Pilots and Engineers (NAAPE) has called on the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) to hold Fuji musician Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, known as Kwam1, responsible for disrupting a ValueJet flight at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, on August 5, 2025. In a statement issued Saturday in Lagos, NAAPE National President Galadima Abednego described Kwam1’s actions as “crude, unruly behaviour” and an “arrogant display” that provoked the flight crew.The incident, labeled a security breach on the tarmac before a Lagos-bound flight, led to the NCAA (…)
