Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar on Saturday described the Rivers State Sole Administrator, Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas, as illegal. Atiku warned the Nigerian government about the implications of an illegal sole administrator conducting local government election in Rivers State.
