Ndidi completes €8m switch to Turkey’s Besiktas from Leicester City

Wilfred Ndidi, Super Eagles midfielder, has joined Turkey’s Besiktas from Leicester City for €8 million. The Turkish club announced the acquisition on its website on Friday. Ndidi penned a three-year deal with the option to extend the contract for another year. The 28-year-old arrived in Istanbul, Turkey, for his medical earlier in the week. He will be joining Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, former Manchester United manager, who became the club’s head coach last season.
