Reports have emerged, indicating former President Dr. Goodluck Jonathan’s readiness to contest the 2027 presidential election. There has been speculation about Jonathan’s possible comeback following moves by the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP. A close ally of the Bayelsa-born politician confirmed to Vanguard on Wednesday that Jonathan, a member of PDP has allegedly agreed to run for the 2027 presidential election.
