The Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun has described the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, as an empty shell and sinking ship experiencing gales of defection. Abiodun stated this on Wednesday, while receiving members of the party into the ruling All Progressive Congress, APC.
