Ali Modu Sheriff, former governor of Borno, says Peter Obi, presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) in the 2023 elections, will return to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) ahead of the 2027 polls. The former national chairman of the PDP spoke on Monday during an interview on Politics Today, a Channels Television programme. Obi, the former governor of Anambra, resigned from the PDP on May 25, 2022, ahead of the 2023 elections.
