Tension has escalated in Obi Local Government Area of Nasarawa State, as angry Alago youths in Agwatashi have reportedly blocked the Agwatashi–Agon–Awe Federal Road, cutting off access to the popular Agon Market.The market, widely recognized as a Tiv-dominated economic hub in the area, was shut out from traders and buyers on Saturday morning, as the protesting youths barricaded the road, disrupting movement and stalling commercial activities.Eyewitnesses say many travelers were forced to turn back, while stranded commuters and traders expressed fear over the growing hostility in the (…)
