Woman Arraigned in Lagos for Posing as Customs Officer, Defrauding Victims of ₦34m

Rakiyat Musa, a 59-year-old woman, was arraigned on Thursday, July 24, before the Igbosere Magistrate’s Court in Tinubu, Lagos Island, for allegedly impersonating a Nigerian Customs Service officer and defrauding victims of over N34.1 million. Facing a four-count charge of conspiracy, obtaining money by false pretence, stealing, and conduct likely to cause a breach of peace, Musa appeared before Magistrate B.I.
