Former Anambra State Governor and 2023 Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, has donated ₦15 million to the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) to help address its accreditation crisis. The donation aims to support the faculty in meeting global standards and preventing the potential loss of its license to train dental surgeons by July 2025, as warned by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
