Soldiers Rejects ₦13.7m Bribe from Terrorists, Arrests Suspects in Plateau

The Defence Headquarters (DHQ) revealed that troops of Operation Safe Haven rejected a N13.7 million bribe offered by terrorists during an operation along Jos-Sanga Road in Plateau State. Maj.-Gen. Markus Kangye, Director of Defence Media Operations, disclosed this during a briefing on military operations in Abuja on Thursday, July 17, 2025.
